1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using A.computer ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

A.computer is a cloud-native Agent OS platform that provides users with a persistent, always-on environment where AI agents can operate autonomously. The Service includes:

• Cloud-based compute resources powered by AWS Firecracker microVMs
• AI agent runtime with multi-provider LLM support (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini)
• Real-time monitoring and control through Ghost View
• Human-in-the-loop approval gates for sensitive operations
• Skills marketplace for extending agent capabilities
• Secure data storage and workspace persistence

3. User Accounts

To use A.computer, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use A.computer to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive operations not related to legitimate AI agent work
• Engage in activities that could harm, disable, or impair the Service
• Use the Service to generate spam, phishing attempts, or fraudulent content

5. AI Agent Behavior and Responsibility

You are responsible for the actions of your AI agents running on A.computer. While we provide approval gates and monitoring tools, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for configuring and monitoring your agents
• You must review and approve sensitive operations flagged by the system
• You are liable for any actions taken by your agents
• A.computer is not responsible for agent decisions or outputs

6. Billing and Payment

For paid services:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of A.computer is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and employ enterprise-grade security measures including:

• Isolated compute environments using Firecracker microVMs
• Encryption in transit and at rest
• SOC2 compliance
• Regular security audits

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your data and content. By using A.computer:

• You grant us a license to process and store your data to provide the Service
• You retain ownership of all code, data, and content you create
• We retain all rights to the A.computer platform, software, and infrastructure
• Skills you create and publish to our marketplace may be subject to additional terms

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate service for maintenance, security issues, or violations of these terms. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A.computer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings
• We may terminate your account for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked
• We will provide a reasonable period to export your data before deletion

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
